thank god for mom

My mom saw that I was at my breaking point and sent me to bed. I didn’t want to go to bed… I wanted to be the one who fixed it! I wanted to be the one she needed. But I was way past exhausted from working and not sleeping the night before, so I went. My mom managed to get her to sleep from midnight to 3 and then a few more hours after that, in the swing.

This poor girl. I hope it’s a phase and she can start to feel safe and loved soon. No matter how hard it is we still adore her and we’ll just keep working to make her feel secure.

  1. Also, if you know one you like, one of girls benefited hugely from a chiropractic adjustment. The screaming stopped! Yay for our mom’s help, too!!
